Great building and rooms, each equipped with a convenient kitchenette. the location is perfect, especially due to its proximity to the Rideau Canal Skateway. 🛷 You might encounter some construction noise, but it's not a deal-breaker. If you're in the mood for a cup of tea or coffee, check out the nearby Giant Panda Restaurant.

The place was clean. We loved the suite. the personnel was helpful and extremely friendly. the vibe here was quiet. the hotel was in a central setting. We greatly enjoyed spending 3 nights here. Rewritten review: We really liked the clean place with a quiet vibe. the suite we stayed in was lovely, and the staff was not only helpful but also extremely friendly. the hotel’s central setting in the residence of St Paul University made our 3-night stay here highly enjoyable.

Perfect staff and location - they offered a good stay for business trip. I loved the room, it was cosy and complete with TVs, double beds, as for instance.

Room was clean, spacious, and air-conditioned. Satisfactory breakfast with two choices of bagels (toasted if you like), jam, cream-cheese (sort of), butter, oatmeal, milk & cereals, juices, coffee & tea, apples & oranges. Downtown and the Museum of Natural History can be reached by taking a pleasant walk along the canal.
While downtown isn't too far and there is a bus stop nearby - there are only a couple of convenience stores in the immediate vicinity, and they're not open late into the night... so if you arrive late and are hungry or thirsty you have to rely on the vending machines at the residence.

We had a nice stay in this family-friendly hotel. The staff were knowledgeable and cooperative in case of questions. Lots of food for breakfast, which was fabulous to satisfy everyone. This property was located in a central area very close to downtown, Ottawa and tourist locations. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

All services were professional. There is also busses to downtown.
The taxi drivers during the late hours of the night were loud and disturbing with their laughter, loud talking, music and hornblowing. Parking could also be expanded to nearby areas.

It was a pleasure to stay at your facility. The breakfast was more than adequate, and the staff were very thorough in their various jobs, the front desk staff were very helpfull. Our friends were delighted to hear about our stay. Most of the time we caught the bus into the city centre and walked back, it was a very pleasant experience, which we have recommended to most of our friends who are interested in visiting Ottawa. There is no doubt we will see you in the future. Please do not send us any more emails.Thank you. Pat and Dave Harrop
